Heart of the community are still waiting to hear the outcome of two funding applications submitting in October due by the end of November.

❤ Come and See Us @ Xmas Light Stall ❤ Volunteers will also be at the town hall on November 27th just before the lantern parade selling raffle tickets (to be drawn on 4th December at Colemans Farm at 3pm), hand made cards and preloved books.
We would love to see you there.
❤ Save the date!! ❤ Friday 24th December we will be holding a four course Christmas lunch followed by an afternoon of fun & frolics. Spaces are limited to 30, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Children welcome, and we might have a visit from a special person, with a wibbly, wobbly belly... Please book by 17th December

We are together... Parents/Carers support group
Following on from a conversation with someone whose child was diagnosed with Autism, we felt that Heart of The Community should reach out to all parents/carers and offer them the space to meet and offer each other support. The first weekly meeting is at Colemans Farm at 9.30 on Monday 22nd November. We look forward to meeting you.
Transport
Heart of the Community will be starting to provide transport for our lovely service users who might struggle to get to us. If you would like transport to and from Colemans Farm, please message us for more information.
Activities
Heart of the Community is delighted to be running activities five days a week throughout November and December.
Our activities include:
Monday Crafting making (including wire-making and baubles)
Tuesday Card making
Wednesday Games (including Bingo)
Friday Seated Sports
Saturday Other Activities.
